Ministry to believers: Nurture

According to Scripture, the church has an obligation to nurture one another, to build one another, to maturity in the faith. Paul told the church at Ephesus that God gave the church gifted persons ” to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.

Our Goal:

Our goal as a church must be to:

  • Present to God every Christian ‘mature in Christ (Col.1:28).

  • care for one another (Heb.10:24,25)
  • encourage one another(Heb.10:25),
  • Be kind to one another (Eph 4:32)
  • comfort one another (1Thes.4:18),
  • build one another (1Thes.5:11),
  • greet one another (1Thes.5:26),
  • teach one another (2Tim.2:2)
  • pray for one another (James 5:16),
  • be tender-hearted to one another (Eph.4:32)
